FREE* delivery on all orders Excluding Luggage  over $100  to the following postcodes -

Vic 3000- Statewide, NSW 2000-2300,  Qld 4000-4300, WA 6000-6100, Tas 7000-7200, SA 5000-5200 

All Luggage will incur charges dependant on Box size.

Locations that are considered remote or regional as classified by our delivery providers, an additional shipping fee will apply (Please call to confirm cost)

We don't deliver to PO BOX outside Victoria

We do not deliver to Northern Territory

We deliver by Australia Post and Fastway Couriers

Siricco Online cannot accept any responsibility for any items damaged or stolen once left by the courier driver.

Siricco Online takes no responsibility where an item has been returned to the depot due to access restrictions or no one home.

 Non delivery or Non acceptance of deliveries:

  1. If your parcel is returned to us due to non collection or the delivery company not being able to contact you, we reserve the right to withold a restocking & handling fee of 25% of the order total should a refund be requested.
  2. If your parcel is returned to us due to non collection or the delivery company not being able to contact you, we can re-ship your parcel at your request, but all postage costs for a reship may be charged to you. We will always notify customers if any extra charges might be incurred before taking any action.
  3. Should you refuse delivery of your parcel within our stated delivery timeframe, we reserve the right to charge a 25% re-stocking & handling fee if a refund is requested.

 Exchanges and Refunds

Refunds 14-day for online purchases offering an exchange or refund - if you change your mind on any purchase online from SIRICCO.

• You have proof of purchase
• Products were purchased at original retail price
• Products are returned unworn, undamaged and in with original tags

Please note, we are unable to accept returns on:

• Sale items - however will happily exchange for an alternate size in the same product.
Please note, we are unable to process refunds instore for purchases made online. 
All refunds are processed through a secure payment gateway and onto the payment type that was used for the original purchase.

Returns

Items purchased online may NOT be returned for Credit or Return at Siricco retail stores. All goods purchased online can only be exchanged online and NOT at Siricco stores

Items purchased instore at Siricco Retail Stores and returned to Store are not entitled to a Refund - Credit note only will be issued provided Item has not been used and is rerturned within 14 Days of purchase .
